FAQ

 For Windows

  1. Visit https://csgate.iuhealth.org with your browser to access your applications.  Be sure to use the https:// prefix to avoid connectivity issues.    
  2. Enter your Network Username and Password into the IU Health Citrix Portal - NT
  3. Click Log On

 For Mac

  1.  Visit https://csgate.iuhealth.org with your browser (Google Chrome is recommended) and launch the application as needed.  Be sure to use the https:// prefix to avoid connectivity issues.    
  2. Enter your Network Username and Password into the IU Health Citrix Portal - NT
  3. Click Log On

 For iPad/iPhone

  1. Access the Apple App store.  
  2. Enter “Citrix Systems, inc.” in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Citrix Receiver for iPad/iPhone is returned.
  3. Tap on the Free button to install Citrix Receiver for iPad/iPhone Application. This will download and install the app to the iPad/iPhone.
  4. Open the newly loaded Citrix program.
  5. Tap on the Add Account button. The New Account dialog box displays.
  6. Enter https://csgate.iuhealth.org in the Address field.
  7. Tap the Next button. The Verified dialog box displays.
  8. Enter your IU Health Username.
  9. Enter your IU Health Password.
  10. Enter “mhg” in the Domain box.
  11. Tap the Save button.
  12. Tap on the plus button to the right of the application name to add applications to the home screen.

  For Android

  1. Open the Android market on the device and search for Citrix Receiver via the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Select the Citrix Receiver package to download and install.
  3. Accept the conditions of the package and download the application. After download and install are complete, select Open.
  4. Select Set up my enterprise apps and enter https://csgate.iuhealth.org in the Server dialog box. Select Next.
  5. In the User Name dialog box, enter the personal IU Health username. In the Password box, enter the IU Health password. In the Domain box, enter Mhg. Select Add. Select the csgate.iuhealth.org account.
  6. Search for application from search box and launch by selecting it from the list.

 

  1. From the Home page go to click the Education Portal tab.
  2. If you have your username and password enter them in and click Login.
  3. If you have not registered click Sign Up
  4. Fill out the I’M A NEW USER form and check “I’m not a robot” and answer the question prompted
  5. If your name is listed below please select it as this will carry over any CME credit being tracked for you. If you are not listed check “My Name Isn’t Listed”.
  6. Fill out your preferred name, role, specialty, and primary location
  7. Select a username and password and click save.
  1. Open a web browser and browse to https://iuhvpn1.iuhealth.org/user .
  2. Login to the appliance using your Network credentials.
  3. Click the "Continue" button.
  4. The AnyConnect appliance will attempt to detect what type of computer operating system you are connecting from. This may take a minute or two.
  5. If the appliance successfully determines what operating system your computer is running, the installation will begin automatically.
  6. If the appliance is not able to determine what operating system your computer is running, you will be prompted to download the client by clicking on the supplied link or retrying the automatic installation.
  7. If you choose not to retry the automatic installation, click on the supplied link to download the client.
  8. You will then be prompted to save a file to your computer. Click on the "Save File" button.
  9. Find the file in your browsers download location and double-click the file and the AnyConnect client will install itself.
